Last month I shared with you how an free ultrasound clinic was going to be parked outside the local abortion clinic. It was a good thing while it lasted! On September 8th, the owners of the free ultrasound clinic were told they had to leave or face a warrant for their arrest. This amazes me seeing the signs in the window of this SAME clinic do not seem to bother the city's legal department.
It's my understanding that pro-lifers worked for weeks with Rockford Police, prior to the ultrasound clinic's arrival, to ensure the ultrasound clinic would be allowed to be parked near the abortion clinic.

Good Thing Outside Local Abortion Clinic
I know most of the things I've posted in the pass about the local abortion clinic have been depressing to say the least. Well this is one positive thing. A bus is outside the clinic when it's open to offer FREE ultrasound to the women if they choose before walking into the clinic.

Abortion Clinic Owner uses Radios and Chainsaw
If egging a priest car and putting a bumper stick that reads "I rape children" wasn't enough, the owner has resorted to using an amplified sound system and radio show to drown out and annoyed the pro-lifers.
For weeks the owner has been blasting the radio playing station WNTA. Well WNTA took a phone call from one of the pro-lifers and allow them to speak. The owner realized this was happening so what does he do?
Does he turn OFF the amplified sound system and stop blasting the neighborhood with sound that could be heard for blocks away? NO!
Instead he resorts to even MORE noise. He brings out a chainsaw in hopes to drown out the pro-lifers as they speak over the radio (or at least that is my understanding). In this video you can see him in the parking lot with a radio and chainsaw trying to drown out the pro-lifers as they are speaking.
It is my understanding that the abortion clinic owner and staff became even more frustrated when the on air personality, Doug McDuff, of WNTA, the same station that has been blaring over the clinic's amplified speakers, said "God bless the pro-lifers".
Listen I share all of this here because I live in the Rockford IL area and I know thanks to statcounter, and sitemeter that several of my readers and visitors live in the Rockford area too. I think it's only far to help inform the of what is going on in our area seeing it's never on our local news! You of course can do your own research on this and draw your own conclusions on the topic!

Abortion In Rockford, IL. A New Low!
Today is a sad day for me. I've learned that Fr. B is being resigned to a new parish several miles away. :(. On the way out he asked "Have you seen it in the blogosphere today?". I replied "No, Father I haven't been on yet today".
He said it's there the pictures and everything and I think this time it will make national news. You see the local abortion clinic has hatred for those that choose to stand outside in front of the clinic in prayer. They have posted horrible things in the windows of the clinic before as I have shared here on this blog and in videos on my website.
Well the clinic employees have hit a new low. They, the employees, have taped signs to Father's car saying "I Rape Children" and they have also egged his car. All because he has chosen to publicly pray in front of this abortion clinic while it's in operation. More details about this story can be seen on Fr. Z's Blog, including pictures! (Warning, the signs may not be suitable for young children)
In a few short weeks Fr. B will be moving to his new parish and I'm afraid that the abortion clinic employees will think they have "won", because I'm sure they'll will have noticed Father's absent. When in reality he just moved! Please Pray! Please share this story!
EDIT ADD: Father's new assignment has nothing really to do with what happen at the abortion clinic. It's just our diocese regularly moves priest every few years and it just so happens to be the time for Father to be moved. Of course this is always at the Bishop's discretion. Sometimes they move sooner sometimes they move later. I only mention it because I'm sure the abortion clinic will notice he's no longer there when his move takes place.

Derailment: Pro-Life March 2010
This is a slight derailment for the normal course of topics here on Catholic Christian Homeschooling, however I thought it was worth sharing!
One young woman's pictures of the 2010 March For Life. I know her pictures say 2006, however that's wrong. I happen to know the family and know that they can't figure out how to get the correct date on the camera. (It happens to the best of us.)

Picture of Jesus Arrested in Rockford, IL
I share this video here because this is my hometown and I know thanks to sitemeter that I have local people visiting my blog. The priest in this video is my parish priest. I also know from talking to Father that the owner of the abortion clinic has come out dressed as the devil and has proceeded to "bless" Father while Father and other local priests are there praying.
I know this has nothing to do with homeschooling and I understand that your position on abortion may be different then mine. I'm not debating abortion, nor do I want this to become a hub for debate.
I share this here, because I know I have local people, people that live in Rockford, that visit my blog daily and I want them to know what's going on in our hometown. I have more videos about the local clinic posted on my website: Catholic Christian Living.
Warning: The picture of Jesus in the WINDOW of the abortion clinic is offensive. It features Jesus given the bird with both hands. This offensive picture was NOT the one arrested. The one that was removed was a picture that was on displayed by the pro-lifer that was there to pray. The picture that was removed by the police was beautiful, godly, picture!
There was a previous picture of Jesus given the bird and that was removed as the local news has reported. However it has been replaced with a NEW picture and that new picture is shown in the video below.
The new picture has not just one hand but 2 hands given the bird. I learned from talking to Father (the same one in the video) that the new picture was there 2 weeks ago and is still there today!!! It was 2 weeks ago that I also learned that the owner of the clinic dress himself as the devil and proceeded to "bless" the priests there that were praying.
So a beautiful, godly, loving picture of Christ is removed by police, but a picture featuring Christ given everyone the bird is left on displayed.
UPDATE: It was just brought to my attention that about 1:18-1:22 in the above video you can see a hand given the bird as well, in the window. I have taken a snapshot of the image from the video.
It's hard to tell in the still picture above but when the video is moving it is clear that it's a hand given the bird as well. It is my understanding that it is the hand of the abortion clinic owner.

This was made when Obama was a Senator, but I think it's one of those food for thought moments.
So yes, Mr. President if fatherhood begins at conception, like you say, then when does a child become a son/daughter? Just think about it!

Culture: Shockers!
With abortions, Plan B over the counter, and other things in this world, I shouldn't be surprised or shocked by this iphone app. It's called 'Baby Shaker'. The app has been pulled because social workers have complained about it. (Rightly So).
I really shouldn't be shocked by this app, but when DH shared the news with me I was just left speechless. What is this world coming to?
